This Thursday you have the chance to vote for a positive change.
Throughout this campaign I have set out my plan to work with you to make a positive changes for Caerphilly. This week, we have a once in a lifetime chance to make that plan reality.
Below are my six key pledge to you. This is my contract with Caerphilly. If you share this vision for our future, lend me your vote on Thursday; and on Friday we can start to make these poisitve changes together.
